Mar. 23rd, 2021 07:30 amActually left the house for more than just a walk down to the beach to watch the sea ducks yesterday. There was a mammogram involved; it was in Boston.
The tech (radiologist? What exactly is the person who actually positions you and works the machine, anyway?) was a lovely hijab-wearing woman who asked me beforehand if I were wearing any deodorant, because you're not supposed to wear deodorant or powder before one of these things. I told her, "I don't think I've worn deodorant since August."
.... didn't realize until afterward that she had no way of knowing I've been working 100% from home since last March at this point.
