"hi, I'm really sorry to bother you but do u have a second to chat" is how you ping your IT person on a holiday afternoon to ask them for advice about buying a new piece of hardware or software.
If you clicked on a website that suddenly popped up a box asking you if you wanted to grant access to your machine, then started flashing YOUR COMPUTER IS LOCKED, YOUR COMPUTER IS LOCKED boxes at you, and you backed out and cleaned out your cookies and ran a quick virus scan and you want to know what to do next, THAT MERITS SOMETHING A LITTLE MORE URGENT THAN "do you have a second to chat".
arrrghghghghghgh.
