Jun. 9th, 2020 02:14 pmHaven't checked a scale since the last time I was in a doctor's office, so I don't know if I've gained weight, lost weight, or what since the COVID lockdown/work-from-home started, but I do know this:
I can bench press 60 pounds, three sets of eight reps each.
I can do four sets of ten stiff-legged deadlifts with 32.5 pounds in each hand.
I can handle between five and seven three-minute sets of HIIT exercise separated by 45-60 second rest periods.
I can hold a plank position for 2 minutes and 15 seconds, at least if I have my copy of Queen's "Hammer to Fall" to time myself with.
This is not much by the standards of competitors in the iron sports or the cardio exercise world, but it's more than I was able to handle when all of this started, so I think it counts for something.
