Mar. 10th, 2019 02:15 pmTest 2 of the flax milk: put it in hot liquid (a homemade cafe americano) rarher than yesterday's room temperature cold brew.
Still had to stir it a bit to break up the blob monster, but not nearly as much. Didn't contribute quite as much to the mouthfeel this time. Heat probably broke up the gelling effect. Overall not that bad, but as far as homemade milk substitutes go, I think I liked the oat milk a bit better.
I will have to make new batches of both to be sure. It's not science until you do it at least twice.
