Nov. 16th, 2017 10:01 amI've got office crap to deal with this weekend. Once a year our building does a complete power shutdown for maintenance purposes. In practical terms that means powering down every server and piece of network hardware in the server closet and pulling all the plugs except the two giant UPS ones, so as to avoid damaging surges when the power comes back on, then coming back the next day as early as possible after the power comes back on- probably around 8:30 AM- and spending hours making sure everything comes up smoothly and works properly.

Bright side, I found a few extra rivolis in my stash in both plain sparkly crystal and some kind of crystal vitrail color, plus some AB rivolis that I had bezeled with seed beads purely for practice, and I think there are enough of each to make at least three pairs of earrings in a design similar to the blue ones in my previous post. I'll have to adjust the seed bead color, though, and I only have a few briolettes left, all of them in cobalt blue. Need to see whether I want to go with that or change the decoration on the bottom instead. Also my 3mm bicones are in a limited number of colors, so we'll see how this goes.
