Jan. 27th, 2017 05:01 pmDid the stairs today. Basement to 34th floor elevator machine room in 10:16. If I can do that pace for the Fight for Air Climb on Feb. 4, I'll be on the 40th floor in something like 11:45.
My nephew has asthma. His little sister just had pneumonia. I have a clean bill of health, but I was a 9/11 responder. I am doing the American Lung Association fundraiser climb for *revenge*.
