... don't mind me, I'm keeping track for the urologist. I'm supposed to drink two and a half liters of water per day; I think that extends to any non-caffeinated or otherwise non-diuretic beverage, and I checked on rooibos and it's safe for the kidneys. There have been a handful of cases where it presented a problem for livers, but I'm not sure they're enough to be statistically significant, so I'm not fussing about that.
