Fallout related, although not Janice-related

I've been having the urge to fanfic some stuff in the history of the Fallout universe for a while now, and I started in on it once ages ago. Didn't go much of anywhere with the fic, although I RPed one of the characters involved at a panfandom for a time. I'm trying to sort out a few things about the central character, one of the more important historical figures in the events leading up to the Fallout universe's Great War of 2077, before I do anything else, and I think I need some other folks' POV- if you'd be interested in me bugging you about stuff like that let me know so I can put you on a filter or just email you about it or whatever. I don't wanna bug everybody with extended discussion about a character they may not know or care about in a setting they may not be interested in.
