(no subject)

Apparently I'm still good for it; I donated blood today. How they managed to come up with blood pressure of 120/72 and a pulse of 70 for me I don't know, as I was nervous and normally have it a bit higher by default anyway, but I'm not going to argue. It's been a while, so it's good to get back into the swing of things.

Needless to say I will not be doing the hundred pushups workout for a few days.
