(no subject)
Jan. 25th, 2011 07:46 amYesterday was not a good day, mostly for work-related reasons, and I don't think I want to talk about it. Today I am falling back on my Norman Vincent Peale to try and get through the day and make things better. Today my mantra is, "I am going to win."
On that note, yesterday I only did 29th floor to 45th floor on the stairs. In my defense that's because I had just done 23 + 28 + 23 + 23 + 35 pushups (when they are separated by two minute rest periods I really can't count them as consecutive, just cumulative) and was already a) tired b) not looking forward to the lines at the Port Authority if I did the whole building, since I'd worked later than usual. Anyway, I'll do my full building on Wednesday. Debating when to do my next exhaustion test.
... look, I may not be able to fix what's happened at work, but I can at least fix my own physical weaknesses, you know?
