Aug. 26th, 2010 10:11 amMy apologies if I don't have much of interest to say today. I made the mistake of eating some of my chocolate chocolate chip sourdough cookies last night after 9 PM and the caffeine settled in nicely. I'm pretty sure I fell asleep sometime after 2:30 AM.
I'm also pretty sure that I woke up around 4:30 or so with a cat on me, or at least curled up next to me, and spent a good long while smiling in the dark. Not because it was a cat in general- although that was part of it- but because I could just about make out black blotches on its head and pale fur everywhere else, and that meant that either I was still asleep and having a very prosaic dream, or else Kamella had decided she felt safe enough to come into my room and hop up on the bed with me for a while.
