ACTUAL FROZEN FLAKEY WATER IS COMING OUT OF THE SKY
GRANTED, IT'S BLOWING SIDEWAYS AT THIS ALTITUDE AND IT PROBABLY WON'T STICK, BUT IT'S STILL SNOW

(On this point my Canadian and American proclivities are equally enthusiastic, because dammit, we needed a real winter- and because my American proclivities were set by four years of college in Cleveland. It's not a real winter until they have to send out garbage trucks with plow blades on the front.)
