I find myself getting jealous of the bicycle messengers in the city and the delivery guys at home. It has been a full month since I last threw a leg over my bicycle and went anywhere.

I must get the lights set up on the bike and take it out again. Recovery's fine but this is far too long for my liking.

Had my performance eval today. It went well. There was a raise, and a good bonus, and the company will be doing salary reviews for me as I add more tech qualifications to my record.

My celebration? I bought a duct-tape purse and a computer security book, Silence on the Wire, whose title had been niggling at me to place an order every time I've been to ThinkGeek.com in the past two months.

Might order something for dinner tonight instead of making it. That should do nicely.
