I'm so sorry, man, I'm so sorry... but around 4:45 this afternoon we lost all ability to connect to our Exchange server and I've been on the phone with tech people all over the place since then. Right now I"m at minute thirty of hold time with Microsoft.

I would've come out to meet you if I had the chance, but I can't get this to work and I don't intend to go home until I do. Or 8 or 9 PM, whichever comes first. I tried calling,b ut that was your office number... I'm really sorry.
