V. peculiar realisation today.

1. Am very fond of a certain variety of meat-substitute's stir-fry-sized strips. They come in chicken flavour and steak flavour and are 100% meat-free. Too lazy to go look at the name on the packet label right now, though.
2. Grabbed a black olive out of the can as my mother was adding them to salad today. As my tongue was busy going 'mmm woo yeah olive yay!', my brain suddenly realised...
3. The black olive tasted awfully like the strip packet I bought today.

Have now got picture in head of modernised Pallas Athene happily chowing down on meat-substitute for lack of any really decent olives in this part of the country.
