You don't look at them until you sit down at lunch and start an email to a friend who wanted to know what kind of Chinese food you know how to make. One book is Regional American, so it's no use to you, one book is Fusion Meals for Two, one book is Flavours of Southeast Asia, and one is a booklet on the history of biological warfare plus a listing of biological and chemical agents likely to be used in a bio-terror incident.
