Huzzah!

Y'all will pardon me *just* a bit if I do the happy dance now. I went to Google and asked it many things, most of which did not work. Eventually I got some drivers and downloaded 'em as a test. The ones for the monitor didn't do me a lick of good, but I found a set of Voodoo PCI drivers a month or so newer than the ones I'd been using before, and installed them. Had one heartbreaking moment of blue screen on the first reboot, but the second reboot went okay, and I have my glorious teeny tiny resolution now. 1152 by 864, she pretty. I'm pretty sure I'll change it to something easier to read tomorrow, but for now I like getting my money's worth out of my LASIK.
