Side note, if it helps at all, I've been using a lemon eucalyptus oil-based insect repellent that's done a wonderful job; I don't know how Murphy's would stand up to your local biters, but it was one of the better-rated options in Consumer Reports when I went looking, so if you're interested in mosquito repellants that make you smell like a cough drop and have surprisingly detailed Don't Do This You Moron warning labels about their use, I can send you some.
