Skinny woman on the Blue Line this morning, wearing running clothes & carrying a plastic bag w/heavier clothes & what looked like a bib number in it. I saw her at State Street when I got off around 7:45.

I feel sorry for her given the weather but honestly, shouldn't she have been in Hopkinton already by then? Must've been in one of the later start waves...
