Feb. 22nd, 2017 09:47 amI'm just showing off some wire work I've been practicing. Once I get to the point where I feel like it'd be worthwhile to use precious metal wire instead of the stainless steel I'm learning on, it'll be another story.

Sparkly dark blue goldstone cabochon in stainless steel wire wrap frame, with curlicues of steel wire up towards the top to use up the last few centimeters of wire. Fun fact: poking the cut end of a stainless steel wire, whether square or half-round, hurts a LOT more than poking the end of an equivalent-gauge copper wire, and draws more blood. Safety first, kids.
