camwynGot drapes for the bedroom yesterday, more because I wanted to add a bit of insulation to the room in advance of any more truly nasty levels of cold. It's been a while since I had curtains or drapes; for the past year it's just been blinds in every room with a window. These do kind of an amazing job at blocking out the light.
They also have the exact kind of texture and shimmer that one would expect from one of Frigga's dresses in the Thor movies, which did not hurt when I was selecting. I doubt I'll get that variety for the living room, but you never know.
