Two things.

Number one: I realise this is a concept sketch and probably not the most accurate depiction of the actual device, but I have to say that if I were shown the picture at http://news.bbc.co.uk/hi/english/health/newsid_1891000/1891949.stm and told by my doctor that they wanted to use that thing on me, I would probably opt for l-dopa treatment instead, lonnnnng past the point where it ceased to work.
