For something like this I'd want blinds that had to be operated by hand, no IoT smart house stuff- there are too many opportunities for a bored kid with wifi to sit and walk through every single known exploit until he finds the way to randomly open and close the blinds remotely.
However, if a Squeegee Roomba exists for vertical surfaces, I'd want three of them for this house.

There is a Squeegee Roomba-type device! Although I think the pane dividers might cause it some issues if it hasn't been improved since that review (which is what introduced me to TechMoan's channel).
