The topic gets raised every so often. Never seems to happen, alas. I should note that when I become Emperor I'm going to go with a wordless anthem and have it written by the team of Hans Zimmer and James Horner. My primary criterion for choosing a national anthem is 'it should sound very impressive and appropriate when played as our athletes receive medals at the Olympics'.
