Unfortunately no. I tried nosing around the Tzu Chi Foundation's web site and didn't find a mention of the specific canon. I know what they performed begam with an incident where the Buddha knelt down and paid reverence to some dried bones on the road on the grounds that they might have been his parents in a former life or lives, but I don't have the textual context to place it in.
