So these are in Lawrence now

Did up a batch of masks over the course of a few weeks; you can see the changes in technique, stitches, etc. as I got more of a clue of how to use a sewing machine. Yes, there's a bunch of thread colors and yes, I spent a good bit of time doing stitching with different colors of thread on the spool vs the bobbin- I wanted to see what I was doing wrong with my tension and I only had one bobbin that the machine would accept (I tried a different one and the Riccar just laughed at me) so I couldn't swap in a matching color once I corrected my issues. But the masks are now in the possession of a social service agency in Lawrence for distribution to young teenagers in the worst/second worst COVID-19 epicenter in the state of Massachusetts. Hopefully they'll do some good there.
